Hard Bounce vs. Soft Bounce

Mini trampolines used for fitness activities are often called rebounders or jumpers. These mini trampolines are only 3 or 4 foot in diameter and only sit about 6 or 8 inches off of the ground. Many people get their daily exercise routine from these trampolines while watching TV or listening to music. They are usually portable or fordable so that they can be moved or stored easily. Most are available in two different firmness possibilities; soft bounce and hard bounce. As the term suggests, the soft bounce is softer. You will depress the mat farther with each jump that you would with a hard bounce unit. The hard bounce unit is often used by larger people that weigh over 300 lbs.
