Why Women Should Build Muscle

First off it’s important to realize that fat burning exercises require that you build muscle. When you build muscle your metabolism goes up and that is the only way to successfully get rid of unhealthy body fat.
Also when you build muscle, you are not getting big like a man. As a women, your body will not allow that to happen and you simply won’t eat enough calories to allow that to happen as well.
