It also can be mixed with vinegar to make a tasty and yummy dressing to use on salads or pastas. You can use it with your Medifast diet plan. I found out also that it not only tastes great but has many health benefits. It is one of the best oils to cook with and has is an unsaturated fat which means in goes and comes out. It does not stick to your arteries. It also helps lower your cholesterol and gets rid of bad cholesterol.
